A Sydney HQ. Australian clients.
SydClaw is a remote managed service. AI Lab Australia is headquartered in Sydney, NSW, and we deploy SydClaw to professional services firms in every Australian capital and major regional centre — without needing offices in each city. The platform runs on Australian infrastructure (Vercel Sydney + Supabase Sydney), the deployment work is done remotely, and the managed-service relationship is the same regardless of which state your firm is in.
The honest version: we do not have offices in Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra, Newcastle, the Gold Coast, Wollongong, or Hobart. We have one Sydney HQ and a managed-service model that delivers to the rest of Australia. For most of our clients that is the right shape — they want the platform and the service, not a local sales rep — and the pricing reflects the lower overhead.
NSW
Sydney
AI Lab Australia is headquartered in Sydney, and Sydney is where we deploy most of our pilots — accounting practices in the CBD and North Shore, mortgage broker desks in Bondi Junction and Parramatta, NDIS providers across Western and South Sydney, and aged care providers in the Northern Beaches and Sutherland. The Sydney FY runs from July, and our pilots calibrate to the BAS quarterly cycle and the financial year close. If you're a Sydney-based firm, the discovery call typically happens face-to-face at your office or a CBD coffee.
VIC
Melbourne
Melbourne professional services run hard on the same regulatory clock as the rest of Australia, but with a different rhythm — concentrated CBD legal precincts, accounting firms across the eastern suburbs, AFSL-licensed mortgage brokers in Hawthorn and Brighton, NDIS providers from Footscray through to Frankston. SydClaw deploys remotely with a Melbourne-friendly meeting cadence (we factor in AEDT, the AFL season, and the Melbourne Cup week). Discovery is a video call; deployment is fully remote; the platform's Australian data residency means your client data stays in Sydney datacentres without ever needing to move.
QLD
Brisbane
Queensland professional services firms — Brisbane CBD legal practices, accounting offices in Fortitude Valley and South Brisbane, mortgage brokers across the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast corridors, NDIS providers from Logan to Caboolture — operate in the same regulatory environment as the rest of Australia plus a few QLD-specific overlays in tenancy law, aged-care funding, and construction safety. SydClaw deploys remotely; the AEST timezone means you reach our team during business hours without any DST friction.
WA
Perth
Perth's distance from the eastern seaboard is an advantage, not a problem — most of our Perth clients tell us they get faster responses than they used to from their interstate vendors, because we deliver async-first and respect AWST without making it our problem. Perth professional services firms span a high concentration of mortgage brokers, mining-related project services, accounting practices through Subiaco and West Perth, and NDIS providers across the metropolitan area. The platform's compliance modules cover WA-specific Building Act and Residential Tenancies Act variations alongside the federal frameworks.
SA
Adelaide
Adelaide professional services firms run leaner than their east-coast counterparts — typically 5 to 30 staff with limited capacity for tooling overhead. SydClaw fits that constraint: managed service means no internal AI engineer required, the $360 per user per month price is materially less than a part-time admin FTE, and the deployment ten-day cycle doesn't disrupt the firm's operating cadence. SA-specific overlays — Liquor Licensing for hospitality clients, the Independent Commissioner Against Corruption obligations for some public-sector adjacent firms — are accommodated at policy-configuration time.
ACT
Canberra
Canberra's professional services market is shaped by the federal public sector — government-adjacent legal practices, Commonwealth-procurement-aware accounting firms, IRAP-conscious technology consultancies. SydClaw's on-premise deployment option, with local LLM inference via Ollama, was designed with Canberra clients in mind: zero data leaves the building, the architecture is IRAP-PROTECTED-assessment ready, and the compliance posture supports tenders that name security frameworks the cloud-only alternatives cannot satisfy.
NSW
Newcastle and the Hunter
Newcastle and the Hunter Valley host a strong cluster of mid-tier construction project management firms, mortgage broker desks serving the Lake Macquarie and Port Stephens corridors, and a growing NDIS provider community. SydClaw deploys remotely from Sydney with a meeting cadence that respects the Hunter region's operating reality — many of our Newcastle clients prefer afternoon meetings after morning site visits, and the platform's voice module handles voice-memo-to-service-record workflows that suit field-based work.
QLD
Gold Coast
The Gold Coast's professional services market is dominated by mortgage broking, property management, and real estate adjacent services — all areas where SydClaw's CRM, document, and email automation modules deliver strong ROI. Gold Coast firms tend to be lean and growth-oriented, with limited tolerance for lengthy enterprise sales cycles. The 30-day pilot with refundable rollback fits that buying posture; deployment runs remotely on AEST and respects QLD's no-DST scheduling.
NSW
Wollongong and the Illawarra
Wollongong's professional services market sits close enough to Sydney for occasional in-person meetings while preserving the lower-overhead cost base of the Illawarra. Mortgage brokers, accounting practices, and construction-adjacent firms make up most of our Wollongong client base. SydClaw deploys remotely with the same compliance posture and the same Australian data residency that applies everywhere else.
TAS
Hobart
Tasmania's smaller scale makes the per-user-per-month managed service economics particularly attractive — a 10-person Hobart firm running SydClaw replaces approximately one administrative FTE at materially less than the Tasmanian fully-loaded cost of that role. The platform handles the Australian-federal compliance framework consistently, with state-specific Residential Tenancies Act variations and Tasmanian aged-care provider rules accommodated at configuration time. Deployment runs remotely; the AEST/AEDT alignment with the eastern mainland makes scheduling straightforward.
Other regions
We also serve regional clients across the Central Coast, Mid North Coast, Northern Rivers, Northern Tasmania, the Sunshine Coast hinterland, the Mornington Peninsula, the Mid West (Geraldton), and the Pilbara. The deployment model is the same — remote managed service from Sydney, Australian data residency, the same monthly pricing. If your firm operates somewhere we have not named, that is not a barrier; ask us during the discovery call.
For New Zealand and Pacific clients, we operate in a limited capacity for firms with Australian-aligned regulatory exposure (e.g. AFSL-licensed brokers operating across both jurisdictions, multi-country accounting practices). Discuss your specific case with us before assuming the platform fits.
30 minutes. No obligation. We'll tell you honestly whether SydClaw fits your firm.
