Pilot · Six weeks · Fixed scope
Six weeks. One workflow. Measured against answers you already know.
For 30–50 person firms whose work gets challenged — expert witnesses, tax advisers, credit committees. The pilot is built to be validated: at the end you have a written evaluation, not an impression.
What's included
One workflow
A single piece of real work your team does repeatedly — a reconciliation, a report section, a credit paper, a review of a document bundle. We agree it with you before the pilot starts.
One team
The people who do that work today use it on their own matters, with approvals set to your rules.
Setup
Connecting the documents and systems the workflow needs, the approval rules, access for your team, and the deploy's data-residency configuration.
A weekly review
Each week we go through what it did with your lead: what was right, what was wrong, what changed.
A written evaluation
Before go-live we agree a set of known-answer tests — past work whose correct answers you already have. The evaluation reports how many it got right, every error and its cause, and what was changed as a result.
How the six weeks run
- Week 1Scope the workflow, agree the known-answer tests, connect sources, set approvals.
- Weeks 2–5Your team uses it on live work. Weekly review with your lead.
- Week 6Run the known-answer tests, write up the evaluation, walk your decision-makers through it.
What your firm provides
- A named lead who owns the pilot on your side.
- The team's time for the weekly review.
- Access to the documents and systems the workflow uses.
- A set of past cases whose correct answers are settled — the known-answer tests.
- A decision-maker at the final review.
What you have at the end
- The written evaluation: known-answer results, every error found and how it was handled.
- The configured workflow, ready to keep using if you continue.
- Your deploy's data-residency report and an audit-log verification result.
- A plain recommendation: continue, change the scope, or stop.
How pricing works
The pilot is a fixed fee for a fixed scope. If you continue, each workflow taken into everyday use has a one-off setup, and the workflows you use are covered by a monthly management fee.
